Eczema can come repeatedly due to dryness of the skin which then results in itching and rash. Treatment includes anti allergic medicines to prevent itching and anti inflammatory creams to cure the rash. You have not mentioned the treatment taken in past. Kindly visit a qualified dermatologist if you hace not shown to one previously. Use mild soap free cleansers for washing.
