Hi my name is arushi.can u please suggest which exercises shall i do during pregnancy..i am 5months pregnant now..

It will be difficult to explain the exercises here, coz there is maximum chances that you will make mistakes, it's better to join Pregnancy exercise classes and if not possible then do YOGA at home only, such as pranayam, anulom-vilom, and some stretching exercises. It is scientifically approved and very beneficial for baby and mother also.
