Exercise time

I am 60 yrs with diabetes (HbA1C- 8.5) and high bp (145/90). I regularly go for morning walk for 20 minutes. Other than that mostly my work life is sedentary. Is it enough? What is the recommended time of exercise? My BMI is 29.

3o mins of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week is recommended..
