Rather in your case you can do abdominal asanas of the kind of pawanmuktaasana kind of asanas related to the abdomen which apart from not being strenuous and injurious to the inguinal area are effective in the flow of praana or the life energy through the tissues in and around the inguinal and surrounding regions.
