Excessive Watering, Salivation in mouth

I'm suffering from excessive watering and salivation in mouth for long years. It leads to drooling while sleeping and i cannot able to speak or communicate clearly. Kindly advise me to take what kind of treatment, specialist to approach and what causes this to me. Sometimes i feel heartburn and acidity. Is there any home remedies for this problem ? Thanks in advance.
