Need some more questions to rule out etiology. Wat I understood is u r having frequency and sense of incomplete evacuation. So my queries are like do u have reduced flow of urine, nocturia, urgency. Secondly are u facing these problems first tine or u had it earlier. And if so then how did u get relief. Thirdly do u have burning sensation while passing urine. Details of ur comorbidities.
