I am 22 yr old guy. Facing excessive thirst and doubled urine hungry even after taking food but less sign of tiredness and weakness . I m rarely get infected like cold n etc. little bit issue of constipation.

Excessive thirst and urination could be signs of Diabetes. Get your blood sugar checked.
