I've always had a problem with moist palms, but recently, for the past 6 months or so, I've noticed that I have really bad night sweats even if it's not hot. I've tried using thinner blankets that aren't warm and it still doesn't help. Also if I'm outside and it's somewhat hot I'm profusely sweating excessively. My palms also get moist quicker. Why
