I get excessive sweating during stress and tension. Major point of sweating are feet and hands. I am taking Homoeopathy medicines but they are of no use.

This is known as palmoplantar hyperhidrosis. Treatment for this will require procedures. Medications are not very effective. If cost is not an issue the best treatment is Botox injections. Other options are iontophoresis or aluminium chloralhydrate solution application.
