first you need to sleep atleast for 6 to 8 hours a day.
Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day.
drink ORS 3 packets per day for 5 day's atleast ok. mix one packet in 1 little of water and drink.
if you can afford then get your
vitamin d levels tested or you can start taking cholecalciferol ( vit D3) sachet 60000 IU one's in a week for 4 week's. try to take sun bath lil bit also ok.
stop smoking if you do.
take a break if possible for you.
