During lock down I do dry masterbation 3-4 times daily roughly facing towards bed  for around 5 months continously. Then I m facing  some pain in my groin area along with gastric problem . After 17 Oct  I decided will masterbate once in 15 days . Due to this my Penis head & foreskin becomes very dry and it's difficult to pull back my foreskin without oil . I do fapping once in 15 days and Now it's around 2 months , my Penis head become  red and have minor pain especially during erection & masterbation. I don't know what is happening. Plz help me . Is this all due to masterbation? ??
