Ive been having huge hairfall despite keeping my hair clean. I was detected low in vitamin b 12 . What b supplement can i take?

take b complex with calcium and vitamin D3 with doctor's consultation as self medications are dangerous,secondly by courier natural medicines worth rs 999 per month can be given.please don't forget to have healthy habits of diet exercise sleep and management of stress and time
