Increased gas or flatulence can be normal when you're breastfeeding due to hormonal changes and dietary adjustments to meet your baby's needs. If you're consuming more food or specific foods that are known to cause gas, this can contribute to the issue. However, if the flatulence is accompanied by discomfort, it might be beneficial to look into your diet or discuss with a healthcare provider to rule out any food intolerances or digestive issues. Eating smaller, frequent meals and staying hydrated can help. It's also good to keep a food diary to track any foods that might be causing excessive gas.
