Excessive Cough and Vomiting

Hi All, This is regarding my elder sister 34 years old, she has developed a problem of Coughing and Vomiting excessively whenever coming in contact with Air condition , Dust or Sun..Now the situation has worsened as whenever she coughs harder she is vomiting a lot which is in liquid form.. She does not have any medical history regarding this issue. Kindly suggest.
