Excess Heat Generation in Body

I've excess heat in body which is causing me many other side effects such as loose motions, strong smell during urine and motion, Burning of throat and urine passage and excess cold and sneezes. This is not getting controlled even though i take several natural drinks for heat reduction. I'm unable to eat even little spice.
