I had bells palsy. When I recover I faced constipation due to excess heat. I shown gastro he refer dermatolovist . dermatologist prescribe becosules twice with issabgol with 2 tablet dulcoflex but still 50% motion. My skin inflMmed. Should I take kayam TABLET or jhandu nityam
