Excess bleeding and severe abdominal pai

Hi. I m 30 years old and married since a year and trying to conceive.i am have been taking treatment for pcos. My Dr had put me on regestrone for 21 days due to irregular periods and start with siphene tab for 5 days from second day of my periods which I did today afternoon since then my abdominal pain and bleeding is severe. Should I continue with the other 4 tablets?

Ya continue it because siphene tablet does not cause abdominal pain and heavy bleeding .After 5 days meet to your treating doctor and get done follicular study.
