Estrogen & dupaston (progesterone)

Hello, I m 16 weeks pregnant after icsi & Frozen embryo transfer. I was prescribed with estrogen 2mg a day and dupaston 400mg a day along with other vitamins. Can i stop both these medicines after 16 weeks. If not, why r these 2 useful? I had no bleeding episodes for last 4 months.
