Estradiol Levels - 2300 pg/ml NOT PREGN

I am not pregnant nor am I going through IVF. But my E2 test came back at 2300! I've always had very high estrogen and started puberty at 7 years. But 2300 sounds astronomical. Could this be right? What do I do? I've been on progesterone and it made the condition worse What options do I have my doctor is only recommending progest cream.
