My ESR level is 75mm/hour.what does it mean? Is there any infection?or it may be some disease?plz give me suggestion what should i do now

Hello madam good morning. Do not be panic by seeing your ESR level. It may be sometimes physiological also and please try to to share your CBC report. The common causes Like worm infection, severe anaemia  and sometimes due to to some infection in the body can you increase the ESR. Please try to share your CBC report and try to talk to me e I will explain you in detail including the treatment.
