I am unable to maintain errection and loses it while putting the condom. I do smoking 1-2 times a week. I dont know if it is mental or physical issue thats causing it. How it can be treated. Can I use Himalaya confido for treatment since its ayurvedic. Need proper guidance and if possible medication.
