Erosive gastrities and hypothyroidism

My symptoms was loss of appetite .. so diagnosed with erosive gastrities and hypothyroidism with TSH 38 .I completed erosive gastrities treatment and taking medicine for thyroid since one month.. so i am confused reason of loss of appetite.. it was gastritis or my thyroid.. all my blood test are normal. I don't have any other problem.my gastroenterologist told it may due to your thyroid.

Gastrites can cause loss of appetite.With treatment it will go.Do you take alcohol.There are many don'ts which your doctor must have advised
