You have situational performance anxiety where you are getting stressed and anxious because you have to rise to perform, focus on foreplaying and be very relaxed the moment you focus on performance you will automatically become anxious. The testicles are lower in temperature than the body that is to protect the sperms from damage. The temperature is controlled by moving the testicles closer to the abdomen when they are too cold, and away when too hot. This is done by muscles contracting or relaxing. This lifts and lowers the testicles inside the scrotum. They can also be lifted by tightening the anus and pelvic muscles. If you need further consultation please get in touch with a competent certified sexologist or urologist via online consultation.

Failure to perform, with girl friend is common. Nothing to worry. A person learn normal sex gradually, even with his wife, in his room. So take it lightly.
