I have some heart problem I'm using CIPLAR 10 MG for over 2-3 years. So i want to ask you that can i use MANFORCE TABLET for erection problem . If yes , what should be the dosage ?

Hi No, not et all. As you told you have heart problems so manforce tab is not fit for you. Because manforce tablet contains sildenafil as an active ingredient and it works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis and it widens the blood vessels in the lung. So less amount of blood & oxygen flow to lungs and heart. Some times it leads to cardiac arrest. Be aware. You can use Ayurvedic medicines. It's safe for you. Good luck.
