I had taken viagra for more than 10 years with great results but since last year it became less effective then my doctor switched me to other medicines but none of then worked to a satisfactory level then I tried injections and they don't even worked. Now my doctor suggested me to go for penile implant surgery as he told me its a 100% cure to my problem. Should i go for it ? Any suggestions
