I am 36 year old man. I am suffering with hard erection.During intercourse my penis does not erect fully.However when I am not with my wife I feel it is more harder.I feel no sensation during intercourse and discharged quickly.Seamen quantity is also low.I am feeling stress all the time. I am also suffering from thyroid.
