Hello doctor. I think I am suffering from male hypogonadism. I am facing the same signs and symptoms related to hypogonadism. .Erectile dysfunction .Infertility .Decrease in beard and moustache hair growth .Development of male breast .Loss of bone mass .Mental and emotional changes .Fatigue. .Low Testosterone diagnosed in blood test. . Small Testicles diagoned in doppler ultrasound test .Very small amount of Sperms which is not a good volume to be diagnosed for semen analysis Please guide me with the treatement of my problem.
