When I talk to my girlfriend on chat I get erection and some sticky colourless fluid starts coming out of my penis. Is it semen? Plus should I change I my underwear everytime after that? Isn't it impossible I don't hv that much underwear. Plus is it good I am doing semen retention. I don't masturbate. So is semen is coming out with this secretion process?
