Unable to maintain errection beyond 1 min or so after arousal. Problem has been since 1 yr plus. Do not suffer from high blood sugar or any heart ailment. All tests testerone ,X-ray, blood , ultrasound , ECG are normal. Some anxiety symptoms are there and working to control without medication. Can you suggest course.

R u diabetic or chronic smoker? Does this problem occasional or regular. What about ur morning erection as well as ur manual erection. If all these reports r Normal, U may start with low dose tedalfin(tab mildfil) daily night half an hr before meal & do manual stimulation after 2hrs of ingesting tab. If response is good u may indulge for sexual intercoarse after, 5days with 2,tab of tab mildfil.
