Erectile Dysfunction treatment

I have been suffering from ed since past 4 months, I have a firm belief that it's not psychological ed, unable to get full erection, I have not done doppler but this might be venous leak, as previously since past 2 years achieving erection was not a problem but once achieved erection, it would lose erection following excessive precum. I could masturbate earlier but now no erection while masturbating, weak morning erection and loses quickly as I wake up, I consulted a urologist and he prescribed tazzle 5mg daily, It started working from 3rd day and I could achieve and maintain firm erection, I do not want to rely on tadalafil or sildenafil, I need to explore other options of treatment under urology, I need to know why LISWT and PRP are not done in Mumbai by Urologists, do I have to travel to Delhi to get those done. *reply needed from Ufologists and andrologists only*
