I'm suffering with erectile dysfunction, and pre-ejaculation. Please suggest me permanent solution. I have used paroxetine and tadalfil but problem still exists

ur problem having 2 reason 1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion 2- medical as sex hormone etc better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly rather than just blind treatment

It's common problem, and it's management in married and unmarried r different.  regular practice, and learning better performance is more important then medicines. Avoid Unnessory medication. Better to visit an expert for counseling.
