I have pecuilar problem.i have been masturbating prone(pressing my penis in bed)life long.tried sex few times but couldnt get erect.i m smoker too.10 cigg per day since 6yrs.planning to get married.plz hep.is it due to any vascular prob or anxiety disorder.plz help.
