I have erectile dysfunction. When i masturbate, i get erection, but, when i try to have sex with my partner, i don't get erection. I am 30 years old. This affects my confidence level. Please suggest some remedy to overcome this problem ...whether it is curable ? I am ready to undergo any type of treatment if required.
