I am not able to hold on the erection for more than 15-20 seconds. Whenever we want to have sex, we have foreplay for sometime by which I used to get completely erect and then we used to have normal sex but offlate for the last 3 times I am unable to hold the erection after foreplay and we are unable to have sex.. is there any medical treatment available for this issue as it is affecting our sexual life..
