I am 39yrs. I am facing erectile dysfunction since the last year and I have ejaculation. so I could not be able to perform a better sex. Firstly I consulted ayurveda Dr. he gave me medicine, and I have increased my weight because of Increase in diet and gain weight. again I consulted urologist in nanded. it was better while medicine was taking. now again above problem started. guide me. prescribe medicine which can be used to be
