I am 29 years old and got recently married and I feel that I am experiencing performance pressure as I can't stand an erection for long, I don't feel the urge to have sex. This is further decreasing my self confidence. And whenever I have sex I end up ejaculating within a minute. So erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are the two main issues I am confronting with. I read somewhere L arginine tablets help.could you further guide me
