I am 29 year M,facing problem during sex since 6 months. I am not getting hard erection without medicines.medicines since July 2017.1st lab results-everything normal (RT and LT testes-4.2*2 cm.2nd lab result-RT testes-(L39,T23,AP18 mm. LT testes-(L43, T26,AP20 MM. Mild degree of varicocele seen LT side 2.3mm.pea like shape on the left epididymis head.injury while riding bike and sudden jumped over speed breaker &got shock to my testicles in june2013.In dec2013 left testicle top head red swolllen
