Sir, I am unable to retain hard erection during sex. At the initial penis gets erect during foreplay but after some time the erection goes off penis becomes soft. And always the hardness goes off at the time of intercourse and penis goes soft . Also during oral sex the penis hardness goes off. Till now I have never gone through the sexual intercourse. I'm tensed that what has happened to me at the young age. Till now I have never gone through smoking or drinking. But I have habit of watching porn and mastruabating from childhood.

Not to worry! This happens due to general anxiety, performance anxiety, a mix of sexual tension and fear and so on. It's common for young persons, So you dont need to worry that this happened to you at such an young age. You need basic understanding how sex works and doesn't. And you need brief counseling too. Best to consult someone near you in person. Next best option would be to book a phone appointment. Best wishes

U seem to be suffering from performance Anxiety. Due to overthinking about ur ability to satisfy ur partner, ur performance goes down, because sex is a mind game, needs to be done under relaxed state, not under any pressure or tension.
Next Steps
Whenever u go for sex, tell ur partner that u r not going to put ur penis inside, u r just going to enjoy foreplay. U can do foreplay for 15- 20 mins, whenever u feel enough confident, u can put it inside
