Elaborating my previous question due to insufficient details. I have taken vaigra for 2 months twice a week nd now I am facing erection problem. I am not able to do even sex. Kindly provide me solution nd I am taking himalya confido for erectile dsyfunction. -not very often erections in morning time. - I do jogging 4 days a week ,5 km on each day. - drink milk 2 times in a day. - no smoking,  drink 2 3 times in a month. - do masturbation sometimes. - blood level 11.2gm. - no any disease. - sleep 6 to 7 hours. - not much stress level. - taken multivitamins ,but no any progress. So please provide best solution.
