I am 35 now. In 2014 my mri report showed that" TINY FLAIR HYPER INTENSE FOCUS IN RIGHT PARIETAL WHITE MATTER. SUGGEST me medicine, so that after the usage of medicine, will I get normal MRI. I used to take TORLEVA and encorate all these years. Shall I go for surgery. Please guide me. from past 8 yrs i am using medicnes.

Dear user, Epilepsy management depends upon seizure control. If your seizures are well controlled on medicine then u have to continue the treatment. If not controlled on at least two medicines on full dose then epilepsy surgery can be done if u are found to be suitable. Thanks Dr Amit Agarwal
