I've a epididymal cyst on the right testis of 6.2×3.6 mm and left epididymis swollen at the bottom part and reports are showing normal. I've been taking medicine since last 2 months and still swelling is there. Doctor adviced me to do masturbate. Is it safe to masturbate during epididymitis? Is this too serious or how long it will take to heal?
