I have an Epidermal inclusive cyst which is increasing from the last few days. Two images share one is a 2 day old pic and the other one click right now. I have pain and swelling too but earlier it wasn't. In March last week, I did an FNAC test as per the doctor's recommendation. What to do, pls suggest (once I already did go thru the surgery procedure in 2017 and it came out again after one or two years).

Hi Epidermal cysts are benign conditions which can get infected due to various reasons. Based on the pic it looks like it's infected. It can cause fever, pain and Redness. Infection is a common problem encountered in Epidermal cysts and can be managed effectively by antibiotics and surgery.
Next Steps
Consult a surgeon nearby to assess the extent and severity to decide on the probable course of management - either antibiotics first and surgery after or upfront surgery
Health Tips
Keep the area clean by washing face regularly Do not attempt any home remedies or poking the cyst with sharp objects it only makes things worse.
