THE BOY DOES NOT TALK ,BUT HE MAKES SOUND.WHAT PROBLEM IT CAN BE? MOREOVER HE DOES NOT REACT TO OUR SOUNDS BUT ON THE OTHER HAND HE IS ATTACHED TO TELEVISION,PLEASE SUGGEST SOME ANSWERS
