She has lower stomach ache and white discharge. The scan report mentions enlarged uterus with bulky cervix, of concern for cervical mass versus prolapse. Thickened endometrium. It recommends MRI. What does this mean? Should I be worried?

Enlarged uterus with bulky cervix...is common in this age. If its prolapse.. Degree of prolapse is to be identified.  After full check up.. Removal of uterus can be done.
