USG report says borderline enlarged prostate with 20cc of PVRU. Prostate gland measures 40mmX32mmX35 mm, Prostatic volume 23 cc. Please suggest if this is any matter of concern.

Are you having any issues with urine. Keep drinking fluids and water as there is chances of UTI due to residual urine. Consult urologist for treatment if problem occurs
