My father (58) is having enlarged prostate (21gm). Symtoms normal. Kindly advise best treatment of enlarged prostate. Is it completely curable.

It's not the size, but symptoms which is important for treatment of prostate. His usg reports does not shows any post void residual urine, I donot think he needs any treatment.
