I  am a boy but i am having enlarged chest it looks like a breast i want to get rid of it i want to know whether it is gynecomastia and want its treatment

Hi, Gynecomastia is swelling of the breast tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone.  Most cases of gynecomastia regress over time without treatment.
