I have both endotermium thickness ans pcos I am on deviry 10 mg for 20 days After stopping the tablet I got brown discharge Then dark color discharge with light scanty as second day. Will the flow increase? Upcoming days History: I have heavy and spotting before starting then deviry

Hello... deviry 10mg decreases  endometrial lining... Dark colour discharge with scanty flow is also normal with deviry. PCOD treatment is usually long.. But the flow will return. Kindly consult with your gynaecologist for further guidance.
