Hi Doctors, I am attaching my endoscopy report and I am having bloating n tightness in my stomach...kindly suggest is there any seriousness... My doctor prescribed me nexpro l ,Sonata LR ,gabapin Nt 100 and unizymes tablets. Kindly suggest is there anything scary? I am worried...

I am Krishna and I am consultant surgeon at Leeds Infirmary in UK 🇬🇧. All you have gastritis  erosion......could be alcohol/ stress/ diet/ Nsaids use.....at your age. Not sure if they have done H.pylori test on you. Colonoscopy report is normal.....don't read in between lines. Just take Lansoprazole and life style modifications Regards
