Attached FNAC REPORT CECT REPORT Mother Age 48 weight 56 She was having frequent stomach pain since 15 ays on and off LGT is normal Creatine is normal Can we do below tests to rule out stomach pain pls confirm If yes 1. Endoscopy 2. Thyroid Her symptoms is weight loss since 6 months so.e cervical 2cm neck problem find outed Doctor advices TB tablets why stomach pain feeling pls tell reason

Your mother has high risk for abdominal tuberculosis- endoscopy will rule out any other disease but TAKE TUBERCULOSIS TREATMENT

There is documented tuberculosis in cervical lymph nodes that require ATT. Apart stomach pain could be due to many reasons, CECT seems normal. Endoscopy May be done to rule out other ailment
